Shipping Policy


All delicate and fragile items are packaged with care in a bend-proof container and/or wrap. All items that leave the warehouse are in 100% perfect condition and are shipped with a trusted courier. Though we are not responsible for damaged goods during transit, we will do our best in ensuring that the item arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.

Wildwood is not responsible for additional fees incurred when the item reaches its destination. Packages shipped within the Philippines are insured up to P2,000 ($45) if lost and will be supplied with a tracking number.

Due to the limited availability of all our items, Wildwood does not issue refunds or exchanges to unwanted goods and goods with minor damages. Minor damages include dents and scratches on the cover of books and supplies, or cover and backing board of paper pads. We will replace edge or corner bumps of papers measured greater than 1cm. If replacements are not available, we can issue you store credit or refund. We will try our best to replace chipped and/or broken items. Images in the shop are photographed in good lighting and edited to resemble the actual piece as accurately as possible. Minor characteristics may differ due to differences in display settings. Please consider this before you make your purchase.

Make sure your shipping address is correct. Please include postal code. The buyer will shoulder additional expenses due to incorrect shipping address or if your shipment has been returned to us by the courier.

The store ships Tuesdays and Saturdays, GMT+8. Local shipping takes 24-48 hours to arrive and international shipping takes 15-30 days.
